By registering, browsing, listing, or transacting on List It Now, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to List It Now — a digital property discovery and management platform operated by Vybtek IT Solutions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as an individual or entity) and List It Now ("we," "us," or "our").

Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. User Eligibility and Registration

To access full features of List It Now, you must:

All listings are created and managed by third-party users. List It Now does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing or information published on the platform. Users are advised to independently verify all property details before making any decisions.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 For General Users (Buyers, Tenants, and Seekers)

As a general user of List It Now, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for lawful property search and enquiry purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or intentions when contacting a seller or agent
• Not use contact information obtained from the platform for spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassment
• Not attempt to bypass paid contact-unlock features through unofficial means
• Report listings that appear fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these Terms
• Acknowledge that listing details — including price, availability, and property specifications — are provided by the listing party and must be verified independently
• Not reproduce, copy, or distribute any listing content, images, or data from the platform without written permission

Note: You understand that viewing or saving a listing does not constitute any form of reservation, agreement, or legal commitment to purchase or rent the property.

All users who post property listings on List It Now agree that:

• Content is truthful: All property details, photographs, prices, and descriptions are accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Content is original or licensed: You hold rights to all photographs and media uploaded to the platform
• No duplicate listings: The same property must not be listed more than once across accounts
• No misrepresentation: Properties must not be described in a manner that misleads buyers or tenants

List It Now reserves the right to remove, edit, or reject any listing at its sole discretion without prior notice or refund of listing fees.

• All charges are non-refundable unless expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment gateways
• List It Now does not store full card details on its servers
• In the event of a failed transaction, you must contact support before re-attempting payment

Pricing for all paid services is subject to change. Current pricing will always be displayed at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content — including its design, interface, logo, software, algorithms, and editorial content — is the exclusive intellectual property of List It Now and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and technology laws.

By submitting property listings, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, and promote that content across our platform and marketing materials.

Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of any content from List It Now — including listing data, photographs, or pricing — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You must not use List It Now to:

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication and, if unresolved within 30 days, through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
