At List It Now, we strive to deliver reliable, transparent, and high-quality paid services to all our users. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, how cancellations are processed, and what to expect when a dispute arises.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any paid feature. By completing a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. General Refund Principles
1.1 Default Position
All purchases are non-refundable by default. Features deliver immediate or time-sensitive value that cannot be reversed once activated.
1.2 When Considered
- • Technical error/non-activation
- • Duplicate gateway charges
- • Platform Downtime (>30%)
- • Verified fraudulent transaction
1.3 What Is Not Refundable
- Change of mind after activation
- Dissatisfaction with lead counts
- Policy violations / Removed listings
- Partial usage of timed features
- Promotional/Complimentary credits
- Contact Unlocking (Once revealed)
2. Paid Features and Refund Eligibility
2.1 Listing Boost
Refund available only if NOT activated within 24hrs due to platform error.
2.2 Featured Ads
Pro-rata refund if invisible for more than 48 consecutive hours.
2.3 Contact Unlocking
Refund only if contact is verifiably non-functional or listing already sold.
2.4 Verified Agent Badge
Pro-rata refund for unused full months on annual plans (minus ₹199 fee).
2.5 Post Requirement
No refund once requirement has been broadcast to agents.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 By User
Subscriptions can be cancelled to stop auto-renewal. One-time features (Boost/Unlocking) cannot be cancelled once activated.
3.2 By List It Now
We reserve the right to cancel and refund if service delivery fails due to technical or force majeure events.

4.3 Refund Methods
Credit back to original source (Card/UPI/Wallet). No alternate account transfers allowed.
4.1 How to Request
Email support@vybtek.com with Order ID, reason, and transaction screenshots.
5. Payment Failures & Duplicates
Wait 7 Business Days
Most failed transactions are reversed automatically by gateways. If not, contact us with statements.
6. Dispute Resolution
3-Step Process: Internal Escalation → Grievance Officer → Consumer Forum (Udaipur, Rajasthan).
7. GST and Tax
Refunds include GST where applicable. Pro-rata refunds will have proportional GST reversals.

Modified versions will be communicated via the platform. Policy in effect at time of purchase governs the transaction.
